The oldest kitchen stone. Dense, non-porous, heat-resistant — and the one material that grows more beautiful as it ages. A soapstone counter develops a patina over time, absorbing oils and use into a surface that looks like it belongs.

Slab Selection

We source from our trusted partners and visit the yard with you. You see the full slab before any cutting begins — because a slab is not a sample. It is a commitment.

Fabrication

Precision templating. CNC cutting. Hand-finished edges. Our shop in Franklin Park is where the material becomes the room — and where nothing leaves until it is right.

Installation

Our team places the stone. Not installs it. The seams, the overhangs, the relationship to the space — every detail attended to until the work is right. Then we leave.

Boutique Stone was founded on a single conviction: that natural stone deserves to be handled with precision, placed with intention, and understood before it is sold. We are not a showroom that subcontracts fabrication. We are fabricators who know stone from the slab to the surface.


Our shop is in Franklin Park, Illinois. Our work has been placed in homes across the Chicago area, suburban Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Every project is handled by a team that takes the work personally.
